Content Strategist (m/f/d) - Munich

Your tasks

• Strategic Content Consulting: You provide holistic consulting to our clients on content strategies with a focus on SEO, GEO, and email marketing. In doing so, you develop cross-channel concepts that are specifically aligned with defined business objectives.
• Conceptualization of Complex Content Projects: In large-scale client projects, you analyze existing content structures, identify potential opportunities, and develop well-founded guidelines for text-based content. You think in terms of topic clusters, customer journeys, and data-driven content architectures.
• Content Creation & Automation: You implement content strategies operationally by creating high-quality texts while simultaneously developing process-optimized workflows for efficient content production — for example, using ChatGPT, automation tools, or other AI solutions.
• GEO & AI Search Optimization: You actively focus on visibility in AI-powered search engines and generative systems, continuously developing strategies to ensure brands and content achieve sustainable visibility in these environments.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement: You work in a data-driven manner, derive concrete optimization measures from reporting insights, and understand content as an integral part of a holistic online marketing strategy.

Your profile

• Experience in Strategic Content Consulting: You have at least two years of experience in content strategy and have worked extensively in a consulting capacity with clients — ideally in an agency setting or within a strategic marketing environment.
• SEO & GEO Expertise: You understand the mechanics of traditional search engines as well as emerging AI-based search systems and know how content must be structured to achieve visibility across these platforms.
• Confident Use of AI Tools & Automation: You work comfortably with AI and automation tools and understand how to develop efficient content processes — from research and structuring to content creation and optimization.
• Strategic Mindset with Hands-On Execution Skills: You develop strategic concepts and independently implement them in the form of high-quality written content. You take a data-driven approach and derive clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong Communication Skills & Confidence in Client Interaction: You present yourself with confidence, explain complex topics in a clear and accessible way, and persuade through well-structured recommendations.
• Language Skills: You are business fluent in German and speak and write English fluently.
• Ownership & Drive to Shape: You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and are motivated to help shape new standards in AI-driven content strategy.
