Client Strategy & Success Manager (m/f/d) - Innsbruck

- Strategic Client Development: You manage your own client portfolio and develop your accounts strategically, with clear ownership of KPIs related to performance, growth, and client satisfaction.
- Translating Business Goals into Action: You translate business objectives into concrete online marketing initiatives and prioritize them together with cross-functional teams.
- Success Planning & KPI Management: You create clear success plans, analyze performance data, and manage accounts in a data-driven way.
- Account Growth: You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities along the customer journey and position services based on client needs and value.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: You collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams, define scopes of work, and ensure reliable execution.
- Churn Prevention & Transparency: You identify risks early, initiate proactive measures, and work in a structured way with CRM and reporting tools.
Your Profile
- Professional Background: 3–6 years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or consulting – ideally in a data-driven or performance marketing environment.
- KPI & Performance Expertise: You confidently interpret key metrics and translate insights into concrete optimization actions.
- Consulting Skills: You advise clients confidently at marketing or department leadership level.
- Structure & Prioritization: You manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities.
- Hospitality Industry Understanding: You are familiar with key hospitality metrics such as occupancy, seasonality, and direct booking strategies.
- Technology & AI Affinity: You leverage modern tools to increase efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.
- Languages & Travel: You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel for client meetings (approx. 30%).
Further information
- Gross monthly salary of at least € 4,000.- (based on full-time employment).
- Overpayment according to qualifications and professional experience.
