Your Responsibilities

  • Key Account Ownership: You manage strategically important clients with significant revenue and growth potential and drive their long-term development.
  • C-Level Sparring Partner: You advise executive leadership on budget, performance, and growth strategies.
  • Holistic Growth Strategies: You develop comprehensive online marketing and business strategies based on market analysis and financial considerations.
  • Business Cases & Investment Management: You prioritize budgets, plan annual and quarterly targets, and take ownership of overall performance development.
  • Strategic Scaling: You identify new revenue opportunities, confidently manage complex accounts, and handle escalation management when necessary.
  • Process & Structure Development: You actively contribute to the development of success models, CRM structures, and internal standards.

Your Profile

  • Depth of Experience: 6–10+ years of experience in strategic roles in online marketing, account management, or strategy consulting – ideally within an agency environment.
  • Key Account Expertise: You have managed complex accounts with significant budget and stakeholder responsibility.
  • Negotiation Skills: You confidently lead budget, strategy, and contract negotiations at executive level.
  • Industry Expertise: You possess deep knowledge of hospitality business metrics such as RevPAR, distribution strategy, and seasonality.
  • Analytical Strength & Ownership: You translate complex performance data into clear strategic decisions and take responsibility for business outcomes.
  • Process & Scaling Experience: You have actively developed structures, standards, or success models.
  • Technology & AI Affinity: You use modern tools strategically to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Languages & Travel: You are fluent in German and English and willing to travel for client meetings (approx. 30%).

Further information

  • Gross monthly salary of at least € 4,650.- (based on full-time employment).
  • Overpayment according to qualifications and professional experience.
