Online Marketing Manager SEA & SEO (m/f/d) - Innsbruck

Your tasks
- Project management & client responsibility: You will independently manage projects in the area of SEA/SEO.
- Campaign conception & implementation: You will develop SEA and/or SEO campaigns for well-known hotels in the 3* to 5*S segment - creative, data-driven and precisely tailored to the target group.
- Operational campaign management: You implement measures, manage budgets efficiently and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Analysis & optimization: You keep an eye on the relevant KPIs, optimize ongoing campaigns and derive specific recommendations for action.
- Reporting & customer communication: You prepare results in an understandable way and present them confidently in meetings - both internally and externally.
- Innovation & a feel for trends: You recognize new digital trends and implement them in your projects in a targeted manner.
- Teamwork & interface communication: You work closely with technicians, creative teams, web agencies and our hotel customers.
- Co-creation & further development: You actively contribute new ideas and further shape our SEA/SEO services - from smart tools to innovative products.
Your profile
- Education: You hold a degree or vocational training in Business, Media or a similar field – alternatively, you have experience in the hospitality industry (e.g. through a dual study program or hotel apprenticeship).
- Project Experience: You’ve already worked 2–3 years in project management and are familiar with typical processes and workflows.
- SEA/SEO Skills: You bring solid expertise in SEA and/or SEO and know how to apply it effectively.
- AI Drive: You’re passionate about AI tools and new technologies, bring your own use cases, and go far beyond just using ChatGPT.
- Communication Talent: You enjoy working with clients and colleagues – in both German and English.
- Industry Passion: You’re excited about the hotel and tourism world and can identify with our clients and projects.
- Hands-on Mentality: You like to take initiative, think ahead, and actively contribute to getting things done.
Further information
- Gross monthly salary of at least € 3.214 (based on full-time employment).
- Overpayment according to qualifications and professional experience.
