Your tasks
- New Business Growth with Ownership: You are responsible for the strategic and operational acquisition of new clients in the DACH market and make a significant contribution to revenue growth.
- Network as a Growth Driver: You actively leverage your existing network within the hospitality industry for lead generation and continuously expand it.
- Complex Sales Processes: You independently manage sophisticated sales processes – from initial outreach to closing larger deals.
- Strategic Consulting: You advise decision-makers in the hospitality industry as a trusted partner on digital marketing solutions and sustainable growth strategies.
- Contract Negotiations & Closing Strength: You lead complex contract negotiations and close deals independently.
- CRM & Pipeline Excellence: You work in a data-driven manner, ensure high data quality in the CRM, and support precise forecasting.
- Market Presence: You represent Online Birds at industry events, conferences, and networking events throughout the DACH region.
Your profile
- Professional Experience: You have at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales or business development with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven Deal Success: You can demonstrate proven success in closing complex deals and building long-term client relationships.
- Industry Network: A strong, active network within the hospitality industry is a clear advantage.
- Sales Expertise: You have a deep understanding of structured sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Strategic Mindset & Ownership: You think strategically, take a high level of ownership, and demonstrate strong closing skills.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: You have very strong communication and presentation skills.
- Language Skills: You have very good German and English skills.
- Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel within the DACH region.
Further information
- Gross monthly salary of at least € 3,500.- (based on full-time employment).
- Overpayment according to qualifications and professional experience.
