Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Innsbruck

Your tasks
- New Business Acquisition Focus: You are primarily responsible for the active acquisition of new hotel clients in the DACH region and drive the expansion of our client portfolio.
- Network & Market Presence: You strategically expand your existing network within the hospitality industry and use industry events, trade fairs, and personal contacts for lead generation.
- End-to-End Sales Process: You independently manage the entire sales process – from initial outreach and presentations through to contract closure.
- Value-Driven Consulting: You advise hotel clients on our digital marketing solutions and develop tailored concepts to address their individual challenges.
- Contract Negotiations & Closures: You lead contract negotiations confidently, professionally, and with a clear focus on closing.
- Pipeline & CRM: You work in a structured manner with our CRM, maintain a clean pipeline, and support reliable forecasting.
- Representation: You represent Online Birds at industry events and actively strengthen our visibility in the DACH market.
Your profile
- Professional Experience: You have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, business development, or new business acquisition.
- Sales Track Record: You can demonstrate proven success in acquiring and closing new clients.
- Industry Network: Ideally, you bring an existing network within the hospitality industry or related sectors.
- Sales Expertise: You have experience with structured sales processes and contract negotiations.
- Closing Strength & Motivation: You stand out through high self-motivation, strong closing skills, and a genuine passion for active acquisition.
- Working Style & Communication: You work in a structured and independent manner and have very strong communication skills.
- Language Skills: You have very good German skills and can communicate confidently in English.
- Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel within the DACH region.
Further information
- Gross monthly salary of at least € 3,000.- (based on full-time employment).
- Overpayment according to qualifications and professional experience.
