Risk Control Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk Control Manager to safeguard the integrity, security, and compliance of our innovative blockchain platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and mitigating risks associated with cross-border transactions, focusing on account security, transaction fraud, and collective fraud risks, you will work closely with various teams to design and implement effective risk control strategies, ensuring the stability and security of our platform.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate risks across multiple dimensions, including transactional, operational, technological, compliance, fraud, and reputational risks within the blockchain ecosystem.

Develop and continuously improve risk frameworks, policies, and workflows tailored for blockchain-specific challenges, including DeFi protocols and decentralized exchanges.

Prepare comprehensive risk reports and dashboards for senior management and regulatory bodies, highlighting risk exposures, mitigation status, and emerging threats.

Analyze cross border and on chain transactions for fraud patterns, account security breaches, money laundering risks, and collective fraud schemes.

Assist with special projects and daily risk control tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure alignment with international and regional regulations.

Partner with product, engineering, compliance, legal, and operations teams to embed risk awareness and controls into all stages of the product lifecycle.

Participate in investigations and audits of business risk control issues, collecting and maintaining relevant risk information.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

2+ years of experience in risk control or risk management roles within fintech, blockchain, or financial services.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience.

Proven ability to design and implement scalable, data-driven risk control frameworks and strategies.

Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business discussions clearly and effectively.
