Channel Operations Specialist

As we accelerate our global footprint, we are seeking a Channel Operations Specialist to partner setup and onboarding, BD material preparation, deal registration processing, CRM maintenance, contract and NDA tracking, reporting, and internal coordination with Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

Reports To: Head of Brand & Partnerships

 

Role Summary:

Support the Partnerships and BD team by handling the operational setup, admin, and coordination needed to keep partner activities running smoothly.

 

Responsibilities:

Set up and onboard new partners in CRM and internal systems

Prepare materials for BD (decks, proposals, one-pagers)

Process deal registrations and maintain pipeline accuracy

Keep CRM data clean and up to date

Track contracts, NDAs, and renewals

Handle MDF tracking and invoice follow-ups

Pull regular reports on partner activity and deal progress

Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Finance on partner-related tasks

Maintain and document operational processes

 

Requirements:

1–3 years in an operations or coordination role

CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient

Clear communicator comfortable working across teams
