As our Marketing Manager, you will be a central driver of our growth and brand presence. You will lead the execution of integrated marketing plans, ensuring that every product launch and campaign resonates across our global community. This role requires a blend of strategic orchestration and hands-on operational excellence to keep OneBullEx at the forefront of the crypto trading industry.

Core Responsibilities / 核心职责

Integrated Marketing Execution / 整合营销执行
  • Focus on key milestones such as product launches, core feature updates, listings, and major campaigns.
  • 聚焦关键里程碑,如产品发布、核心功能更新、币种上线及重大营销活动。
  • Execute integrated marketing plans, coordinate cross-channel communication rhythms, and drive project implementation.
  • 执行整合营销计划,协调跨渠道沟通节奏,并驱动项目落地。
Social Media Operations / 社交媒体运营
  • Co-manage the daily operations of brand social media platforms.
  • 共同管理品牌社交媒体平台的日常运营。
  • Handle routine content execution, including official announcements and trending topic interactions; host and organize community engagement events such as X Spaces and AMAs.
  • 负责常规内容执行(包括官方公告和热门话题互动),并主持组织社区参与活动(如 X Spaces 和 AMA)。
Content Management / 内容管理
  • Drive content publishing according to the established schedule.
  • 根据既定时间表推动内容发布。
  • Ensure daily operations are perfectly aligned with integrated marketing milestones and brand narrative.
  • 确保日常运营与整合营销里程碑及品牌叙事完美契合。
Data Tracking & Optimization / 数据追踪与优化
  • Track and organize social media metrics, user interactions, and community feedback.
  • 追踪并整理社交媒体指标、用户互动和社区反馈。
  • Participate in post-campaign evaluations and retrospectives to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • 参与活动后的评估与复盘,以优化营销效果和投资回报率 (ROI)。

Job Requirements / 任职要求

Experience & Track Record / 经验与资历
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, Social Media, PR, or Integrated Marketing.
  • 4 年以上市场营销、增长、社交媒体、公关或整合营销经验。
  • Proven track record of managing full-scale campaigns or product launch cycles; deep understanding of integrated marketing rhythms and methodologies within the tech or finance sectors.
  • 具备管理全周期营销活动或产品发布周期的成功经验;深入理解科技或金融领域的整合营销节奏和方法论。
Language Proficiency / 语言能力
  • Must be fully fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) to facilitate global collaboration and content localization.
  • 必须精通中英双语(听、说、读、写),以支持全球化协作及内容本土化。
Platform Knowledge / 平台知识
  • Familiarity with the operational logic of mainstream social media and community platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Telegram).
  • 熟悉主流社交媒体和社区平台(如 X/Twitter、Telegram)的运营逻辑。
  • Stay current with platform algorithm changes and emerging crypto-community trends.
  • 紧跟平台算法变化和新兴的加密社区趋势。

  • Creative mindset with strong execution and project management skills; meticulous attention to detail with the ability to follow through on complex implementation tasks.
