We are seeking a dedicated DevOps Engineer for our night shift operations to ensure the continuous availability and security of our global trading infrastructure. In this role, you will manage our cloud-native ecosystem, oversee automated deployment pipelines, and provide rapid response to system alerts to safeguard platform stability and user assets during critical hours.

Responsible for system monitoring and duty during night shifts, providing rapid response to alerts and faults to ensure high availability and fund security.

Container Cluster Maintenance / 容器化集群维护

Perform daily operations, expansion, version updates, and troubleshooting for Kubernetes (K8s) clusters and Docker containers.

CI/CD Pipeline Management / CI/CD 流程管理

Maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines based on Jenkins and ArgoCD to ensure smooth night-time releases or hotfixes.

Manage Cloudflare, WAF firewalls, and CDN strategies to defend against DDoS attacks and ensure global connectivity.

Database & Cloud Management / 数据库与云资源管理

Oversee monitoring, backup, and emergency recovery for MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB; manage AWS or Aliyun infrastructure to optimize costs.

Ability to accept long-term or rotating night shift schedules with a high sense of responsibility and stress resistance.

Cloud-Native & DevOps Skills / 云原生与 DevOps 技能

Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Helm Charts; experienced in Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices.

Platform & Database Expertise / 云平台与数据库能力

Skilled in AWS or Aliyun (VPC, SLB/ELB, S3/OSS) and experienced in the maintenance and tuning of MongoDB and MySQL clusters.

Scripting / 脚本能力

Proficiency in at least one language among Shell, Python, or Go for writing automation scripts.

Bonus Qualifications / 加分项
Industry Background: Previous experience in a Crypto Exchange (CEX) or Fintech company. 有交易所 (CEX) 或金融科技公司运维经验 。
Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and the ELK stack. 熟悉 Prometheus + Grafana 监控体系及 ELK 日志分析系统 。
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform or Ansible. 具备 Terraform 或 Ansible 等 IaC 实战经验。
Security Defense: Proven track record in handling sudden traffic surges or DDoS mitigation in an exchange environment. 有处理过交易所突发流量或 DDoS 攻防的实战案例。
