
Creative Director / Head of Visual

Position Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director / Head of Visual Identity to shape and lead the entire visual ecosystem of OneBullEx and the broader OneMore Group.
This is a visionary leadership role responsible for defining how our brand looks, feels, and communicates — across everything from AI systems and storytelling videos to memes, merchandise, and UI/UX design. You will build a world-class visual identity that connects with traders, creators, and communities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
- Overhaul and elevate the full OneBullEx brand visual system across digital, product, video, and offline channels.
- Lead creative development for future sub-brands under the OneMore Group umbrella.
- Maintain visual and narrative consistency across UX, marketing, and partnership touchpoints.
300 SPARTANS Visual Development
- Own the visual identity, narrative, and experience design for the 300 SPARTANS — our flagship AI trading system.
- Craft an epic, strategy-driven aesthetic that reflects its tactical, gamified approach.
- Direct creative for the dashboard UI/UX, promotional videos, and Spartan-themed campaigns.
Video Production & Storytelling
- Lead the creation of 2 high-quality, cinematic videos per month (brand, product, or cultural).
- Collaborate with marketing, motion, and sound teams to produce visually striking storytelling.
Mascot & Meme Ecosystem
- Design a mascot system with strong personality and community resonance.
- Build a storyline, expressions, and identity scalable across memes, education, merch, and UI.
- Supervise meme, emoji, and short-form animation production to drive viral community engagement.
Educational & Community Creative Support
- Transform educational and product concepts into engaging creative formats — explainer videos, infographics, and comics.
- Partner with product, marketing, and BD teams to bring campaigns to life visually and narratively.
Merchandise & IP Design
- Build the full merchandise and collectable ecosystem (apparel, accessories, lifestyle goods).
- Integrate mascot, meme, and cultural IP into tangible products and PR kits.
- Oversee the creative direction of gift boxes, event merch, and brand collaborations.
Product UI/UX Creative Oversight
- Ensure that the product interface visually embodies brand identity, clarity, and trust.
- Provide art direction and feedback for trading dashboards, mobile apps, and feature launches.
- Offer creative advisory support to related OneMore Group products.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in creative direction, brand identity, or visual design leadership roles.
- Proven record of building iconic, scalable brand systems across digital and video mediums.
- Strong background in storytelling, motion design, and UI/UX aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of crypto, gaming, or tech culture is a plus.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams (design, motion, video, 3D, branding).
- Exceptional taste, storytelling intuition, and a builder’s mindset.
