User Operations Leader

We are seeking a User Operations Leader to drive OneBullEx’s global user growth and engagement strategies.
This leadership role is responsible for managing the full user lifecycle — from initial registration and deposit to active trading, engagement, and retention. You will oversee a team focused on optimising conversion funnels, improving user experience, and achieving key acquisition and trading performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the User Operations team, establishing standardised processes and best practices.
• Design and execute user acquisition and trading campaigns, including budget planning, execution, and risk control.
• Manage operational budgets, track performance, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Analyse user behaviour and lifecycle data to uncover insights and inform product and marketing strategies.
• Develop and refine user conversion and retention strategies to maximise trading engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–5 years of experience in user operations, growth operations, or campaign management.
• At least one year of team management or leadership experience.
• Proven ability in data analysis, strategic planning, and performance optimisation.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accountability.
