Change Manager
Your challenge
As Change Manager, you lead the people side of change for strategic initiatives and key projects, ensuring successful adoption and minimizing resistance. You work closely with Internal services project teams and stakeholders to implement change management strategies that support organizational goals and enhance user experience.
You are responsible for:
- Providing hands-on support for key change projects, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and resistance management.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments, facilitating communication plans and the feedback loop, and supporting leadership in driving change adoption.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to embed change management practices into service improvement initiatives.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Defining success metrics and tracking the performance of change management activities.
- Starting up a Change Management Office in the company, including defining the best methodology for our internal change projects, providing the necessary training, engaging with other internal change promotors, and building a change community.
About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably in coporate functions.
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
- A passion to improve business processes and deliver tangible added value.
- Familiarity with tools like SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in training design, coaching, and facilitation.
- The ability to work cross-functionally.
- A desire to take ownership and deliver results.
- But most of all, you are fun to work with and a great team player!
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in graphical design tools to create impactful visual content.
