Commercial Offering & Pricing Manager

Your challenge

As a Commercial Offering & Pricing Manager, you will be the go-to expert on pricing strategy and commercial offerings within our central Offering & Pricing team. Your primary mission is to support OMP’s commercial organization in building competitive pricing proposals, ensuring high-quality standards in all customer offers, and improving pricing-related processes across the company. 

You will work on complex B2B deals worldwide, partnering closely with our Commercial, Legal, Business Administration, and Account Management teams. You will ensure pricing consistency, contractual alignment, and commercial excellence throughout the customer lifecycle — from first offer to contract renewal.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining and applying OMP's pricing policies.
  • Developing and managing standardized offer templates and materials.
  • Participating in commercial negotiations and providing expert guidance.
  • Reviewing proposals to ensure alignment with company strategy and pricing guidelines.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper for deal quality by monitoring performance and pricing consistency.
  • Tracking and reporting on pricing KPIs, including exceptions and deal performance, to commercial leadership.
  • Supporting contract renewals in collaboration with account teams, ensuring alignment with existing agreements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline pricing, contracting, and billing processes.

As our new Commercial Offering & Pricing Manager, you’ll join the Offering and Pricing team.

 

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a commercial, pricing, or sales operations role within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluency in English.
  • In-depth knowledge of pricing models, contract structures, and commercial best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business judgement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • A hands-on mindset with the ability to work across functions, geographies, and seniority levels.
