Project and Process Manager- Training Services
Your challenge
As a Project and Process Manager for Training Services you manage projects that improve the way we offer our trainings to internal and external target audiences. You take ownership of the training processes, working together with your Training Services colleagues and different stakeholders across the company to deliver the required trainings.
You are responsible for:
- Managing projects that improve our offering, such as enabling the more frequent training upgrades that are required in a continuous development environment or using AI to accelerate the creation of e-learnings.
- Taking the lead to analyze our approach, supported by different SMEs.
- Planning and managing the project team’s activities, timeline, budget, and resources for the entire project’s lifecycle.
- Reporting on project progress and status to all relevant stakeholders.
- Defining mitigation plans and managing issues and risks.
- Taking a leading role when training related processes need to be reviewed after they have been triggered by the context or a training services project. As an example, our new OMP Certification program has triggered a review of our training processes.
- Documenting training related process changes.
- Informing stakeholders about process changes.
- Making sure that all the different processes are aligned.
Your team
a Project and Process Manager – Training Services, you’ll join the Training Services team, as part of our Learning Services organization. The team creates and develops trainings and improves training processes and offering. The team is also responsible for all training coordination and administration.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- A Master’s in IT or Engineering.
- 8 of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment or working on software projects.
- Experience in project management in an international company with more than 500
- Strong analytical skills.
- The ability to work in a structured manner. You have an eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, which allow you to inspire and drive performance in a diverse team and working environment.
- Effective communication skills that enable you to share information concisely and clearly.
- A passion for improving learning in an organization.
Bonus points if you have:
- A certification in project management, such as Prince 2 or PMI.
- A background in supply chain.
- Experience in projects that improve learning.
- Business process management expertise.
