Alliance and Training Operations Coordinator
As an alliance and training operations coordinator you fulfill a double role, supporting both the Alliance Delivery team as well as the Training Services team. Within the Alliance Delivery team, you play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across teams. You collaborate closely with HR, training, ICT, and finance to streamline processes, taking responsibility for supporting performance review processes, managing reports, facilitating documentation, and helping refine our operational procedures to drive efficiency and alignment across the organization.
Within the Training Services team, you organize training sessions for our customers, alliance partners, and OMP colleagues, focusing mainly on our alliance partners. You use your organizational skills to coordinate and maintain our training schedule, material updates, and feedback process, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our training processes and learning approach.
- Serving as the first line point of contact for operational inquiries related to the Alliance team’s internal processes.
- Supporting and executing the Alliance Delivery team’s operational processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Overseeing the onboarding process for partner consultants, ensuring smooth coordination with the HR, training, and ICT teams.
- Facilitating administrative collaboration across teams, including HR, finance, ICT, and others, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Generating and executing monthly time reports to track resource allocation and team performance.
- Assisting with budget tracking and financial records.
- Creating, updating, and continuously improving documentation related to internal processes and operational workflows.
- Processing training subscriptions for external audiences (customers, alliance partners, competence centers, etc.).
- Creating and discussing training plans for external people based on our standard training offer.
- Coordinating with OMP trainers and project managers to organize customer and standard training.
- Maintaining the training schedule and material updates in our internal learning management system (LMS).
- Organizing and following up on our OMP Certification Program.
Your Team
As a Alliance and Training Operations Coordinator, you’ll join the Delivery team, as part of the Customer Solutions organization. The Delivery team delivers the solution and assists customers before, during, and beyond implementation. Once the global design is approved, all project team members join forces to implement all composing elements of the solution and provide flawless integration. User Engagement initiatives, training, documentation, and coaching enable customers to understand the solution and use it to its full potential.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in administrative or operational support, ideally in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
- The ability to thrive in a challenging and ever-changing environment.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling and managing multiple calendars.
- The drive to get things done.
- A service-minded attitude that values accuracy.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with process improvement or roles in operational support.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and software systems.
- Experience in learning and development.
