Program Manager
Your challenge
As a Program Manager within our Customer Solutions division, you play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex, high-impact supply chain planning programs for our global clients. You oversee multiple interconnected projects, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and exceptional customer value. You act as the central point of contact between our clients and internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Consultants, Product Development, Commercial, etc.), facilitating program governance, budget management, and risk mitigation across the full program lifecycle.
You are responsible for:
- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-project programs within the Customer Solutions portfolio.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders.
- Establishing and maintaining the program’s organization, ensuring clarity about roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
- Ensuring alignment across different projects in terms of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource allocation.
- Proactively managing program-level risk and issues.
- Being proactive about changes in program scope, schedule, and costs.
- Translating customer business goals into a coherent program plan, including delivery milestones, dependencies, and benefits realization.
- Controlling the program’s budget and ensuring transparency to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring that knowledge and information is easily available when required within the program (e.g. for training or continuous improvement).
- Monitoring and reporting on program performance through metrics, dashboards, and governance routines.
- Ensuring the successful delivery of individual projects within the program, including maintaining adherence to timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards by following OMP’s project methodology.

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- A Master’s university degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of program or project management experience within a multinational organization or consulting environment.
- Solid, hands-on experience in supply chain planning software, with a strong affinity for IT and digital technologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and practices of program management, including governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a problem-solving, customer-centric mindset.
- The ability to coach diverse, cross-functional teams and drive high performance in complex environments thanks to your charismatic and inspirational leadership.
- Effective communication skills when reporting to both technical and executive stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity and focus.
- The flexibility to travel occasionally to support international project delivery and client engagement.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with agile implementation methodology.
- Program management certifications, such as Prince2, PMP, or MSP or equivalent, are preferred.
