Global Facility & Engineering Manager

Antwerp, Belgium

Your challenge

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the global facility management and engineering functions across our 12 offices worldwide. You will manage and support our Facility Manager, securing smooth coordination of facility maintenance, major renovation projects, and technical engineering initiatives.
  • You will manage complex projects such as the renovation of our newly acquired building in Belgium and be accountable for technical oversight covering HVAC, electrical, security systems and related infrastructure. You will also oversee rented office spaces in Belgium and international affiliates, ensuring current and anticipated operational needs are covered.
  • You will also be end-responsible for budgeting, contract management, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations worldwide.
  • Collaboration will be key: you will work closely with colleagues across functions and regions, as well as with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to provide efficient and high-quality facility and engineering services.

Fleet Management

While facility management remains the core of your responsibilities, a strong technical understanding of fleet-related infrastructure such as charging stations and emerging vehicle technologies is considered a significant advantage. Taking up broader responsibilities in mobility and fleet management can be considered as well, depending on your experience and capabilities.

Your team

As our new Global Facility & Engineering Manager, you’ll join our Internal Services organization.

  • 10+ years of experience in facility management and/or engineering leadership, ideally within an international context.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects independently, including permitting, construction, and delivery phases, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong management skills with experience managing budgets, contracts, and maintenance programs.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and independent work ethic; able to identify knowledge gaps and bring in external expertise as needed.
