Technical Support Consultant
Your challenge
As a Customer Application Consultant, your mission is to keep our OMP solution up and running for customers and to support all key-users with your knowledge. You improve our customers’ experience by providing excellent, professional, and efficient service.
You are responsible for:
- Clearly and professionally communicating your implemented solution to customers in fluent English.
- Maintaining the Customer Application Knowledge Base with the customized functionality, troubleshooting guide, and practical how-to documents.
- Preparing clear and structured input on tickets that need support from the colleague with the most suitable expertise.
- Keeping a clear overview at all times, smartly dividing your time, and switching between priorities.
About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
- A master’s degree (or similar by experience) with a strong interest in IT.
- A passionate problem solver and out-of-the-box-thinker.
- Fluent in English.
- An analytical mind, and a desire to investigate in detail.
- A passion for building and maintaining a good long-term relationship with customers.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- The ability to work in a structured way and follow procedures, while simultaneously searching for continuous improvement.
Bonus points if you have:
- Knowledge of an additional language, such as Dutch, French, or German.
- Interest in supply chain planning.
