The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Estate Planning Associate to help shape and grow our Estate Planning Team. In this role you’ll lead, develop and inspire junior team members and ensure our customers leave any interaction feeling valued and cared for with jargon-free, tailored support. You will use your experience to balance this customer first approach with ensuring the team exceeds commercial expectations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping to shape the future of estate planning delivery and relish the opportunity to work in a fast paced dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed both your own targets and those of the team for customer engagement and conversion, while maintaining the highest standards of client service
  • Support the development of internal resources, templates, and training documentation to ensure continuous improvement
  • Conduct client meetings and calls to gather information, explain options, and advise on the most appropriate solutions
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge, as well as relevant financial and legal topics, in order to effectively assist clients and answer their inquiries
  • Ensure you and your team provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, while demonstrating empathy and understanding for their unique situations
  • Support your team to handle high-value and complex cases 
  • Maintain detailed and confidential customer records to ensure seamless service
  • Gather and share customer feedback to help shape and improve our products and services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience and set new standards in the death tech space

  • A track record of exceeding commercial goals in the estate planning industry
  • A natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Someone with extensive experience of dealing with more complicated or higher value estate planning services
  • A clear and compassionate communicator, skilled in building trust and rapport
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • A team player who’s always ready to go the extra mile
  • Comfortable with customer support software, CRMs, and technology
