We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join Object First!  As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Object First, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing business processes, improving data integrity, and driving adoption of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will ensure business requirements are clear and that technical solutions meet those requirements. To accomplish this, you will rely on your ability to understand business needs and motivations and to translate those into clear technical requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with grit and tenacity, who thrives on creative thinking, building solutions, and leveraging relationship-building as a tool for success.  You will engage with individuals across the North America and EMEA. Our technical footprint includes the following solutions, but we add solutions as appropriate: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Marketo, ZoomInfo, Aircall, Revenue Grid.

What You’ll Do 

Drawing on best practices from Salesforce’s Trailhead module, you will: 

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements, using proven techniques such as user stories, process mapping, and interviews.
• Translate business needs into actionable Salesforce features and process improvements. 
• Configure, test, and validate Salesforce solutions that support sales, marketing, and operational effectiveness. 
• Foster a data-driven approach with regular reporting, guiding decision making and measuring business impact. 
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout projects. 
• Champion system adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement across the organization. 
• Facilitate workshops to clarify goals, gather inputs, and share Salesforce best practices. 
• Use Jira proficiently to manage projects, track requirements, and ensure timely delivery. 
• Help harmonize workflows, maintain documentation, and enhance team productivity. 

What You’ll Bring  

• 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or related role. 
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and business processes. 
• Skilled Jira user, able to manage requirements, stories, and project boards. 
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and process documentation. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Self-driven, with grit, tenacity, and a creative problem-solving approach. 
• Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in an international, distributed team environment. 
• Proficiency in English. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Salesforce Administrator certification. 
• Salesforce Business Analyst certification. 
• Proficiency in Russian.
• Experience working in a sales development, sales, revenue operations, marketing operations, or marketing role.
