We are looking for a Hardware Demand & Supply Planning Manager  who will be responsible for supporting the global demand planning strategy for Object First products, ensuring accurate forecasts that align with business objectives, supply chain capabilities, and financial targets. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to drive end-to-end planning excellence, improve forecast accuracy, optimize consigned inventory and support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Own the end-to-end hardware demand planning process across all regions, channels, and product lines
• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements at product and GEO levels
• Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for hardware partners

Inventory & Supply Risk Management

• Recommend purchase requirements for consigned inventory based on forecast, lead times and consumption trends
• Identify and escalate risks related to supply shortages, excess inventory, potential obsolescence, and capacity constraints
• Develop mitigation and recovery plans to support uninterrupted supply and protect customer delivery commitments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to incorporate pipeline, promotions, product launches, and lifecycle changes into forecasts
• Establish and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process including governance, cadence and cross functional alignment
• Communicate supply lead times to improve planning accuracy and visibility
• Collaborate with Integration and Hardware Vendors to ensure demand plans are executable
• Align closely with Finance on revenue forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Product Lifecycle & New Product Introductions

• Lead demand planning for new product introductions (NPIs), transitions, and end-of-life (EOL) planning
• Ensure smooth ramp-ups and ramp-downs while minimizing excess and obsolescence risk

Analytics & Process Improvement

• Create analytics and scenario modeling for hardware solution

Identify and implement process improvements to increase planning agility, visibility, and scalability

Qualifications

Required

• Relevant work experience or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles, with significant hardware experience
• Strong understanding of demand planning processes, tools & methodologies
• Experience leading or participating in an S&OP process
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels
• Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting models and tools

Preferred

• Experience in server hardware, or complex manufacturing environments
• APICS CPIM certification
