About The Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. You will manage customer accounts, ensure timely invoicing and collections, reconcile payments, and support accurate reporting, helping to optimize cash flow.

What You’ll Do

• Generate accurate invoices and monitor recurring billing.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and enforce credit policies.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end closing.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing issues.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience in AR, credit control, or finance operations (IT/SaaS experience a plus).
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
