About The Role
We are seeking an energetic and results driven Inside Sales Team Manager to lead, motivate, and expand our team of talented Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), Inside Partner Managers (IPMs) and Sales Development Rep (SDRs) covering various EMEA regions
In this role, you will recruit, lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team while staying close to the day-to-day execution of deals and pipeline development. You will drive pipeline quality, opportunity progression, and team performance, ensuring strong qualifications and consistent sales execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on results, accountability, and team growth.
You will report to the SVP of Worldwide Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets (bookings) through proactive pipeline generation and effective management.
- Foster innovation and resilience within the team, developing creative strategies to effectively engage both prospects and channel partners, and overcome related challenges.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent, building a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic adjustments to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (Marketing, Field Sales, Channel Partners) to optimize sales effectiveness and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience successfully managing and developing inside sales teams, ideally within the technology sector.
- Proven track record as a sales representative
- Proven capability to win larger opportunities by leveraging partners
- Experience building trusted relationships with VARs
- Experience and knowledge on how to handle cold calls
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed sales and pipeline generation targets consistently.
- Fluent in English (required); proficiency in German or French would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SFDC tools, sales methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, data-driven, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
