Position Overview:
Are you an ambitious channel professional looking for a dynamic growth opportunity? Object First is seeking an EMEA Partner Manager to support our expansion across the EMEA region.
As an EMEA Partner Manager, you will be responsible for animating and developing our relationships with our Distributors throughout EMEA, and for specifically leveraging them to reach out to and develop as many VARs and MSPs as possible.
Objective: build an optimized network of partners over the EMEA geography and accelerate our presence and bookings.
Your role will involve promoting and communicating online and offline distribution programs, tools and activities to enhance distribution proactivity with their VARs and MSPs through marketing activities, incentives, trainings and others. You will develop and execute strategic plans tailored specifically to the EMEA market.
The ideal candidate brings a strong “can-do” mindset and is equally comfortable with strategic planning and hands-on execution. This role requires solid program and project management capabilities within a global/EMEA environment, along with the ability to understand partner needs and translate them into impactful initiatives that drive revenue growth and deepen partner engagement with Object First.
Requirements:
- IT Partner Account Management Experience: Proven experience with distributors.
- Know-how to set, drive and monitor distribution partner plans.
- Proven professional experience in IT infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in growing sales and managing partner accounts.
- Relationship building: Expertise in establishing strong relationships with C-level executives and management.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multiple teams across various organizations, prioritizing business activities as needed.
- Business Plan Development: Proficiency in creating and evaluating partner business plans to achieve set goals.
- Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional diary management and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Veeam Solutions Knowledge.
- Experienced in HW sales a real plus.
- EMEA wide experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Revenue Contribution: engage with distributors to meet revenue targets.
- Quarterly plan setting including KPIs and MBOs with distributors to grow our 2-tier distribution model
- Partner relationship management to support the development of our partner website.
- Develop and maintain a network of distributors for an optimum coverage of EMEA (any End User in EMEA should be capable of transacting with Object First).
- Collaborate with our Regional Teams for full alignment.
- Interact with Veeam distribution managers to set up a similar distribution strategy.
- Business Pipeline Management with the help of the distributors.
- Forecast Management: Regularly manage and update forecasts through distributor quotations.
- Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with Object First leadership to drive success.
