The Role:

We won't spill all the exciting details just yet; first, let's discuss the exciting role waiting for you! 

You’ll be part of the HR Dream Team. Yes, you read it correctly. Joining forces with Lucia, Marketa, Claudia and Jessica.

Now, let’s break down your day-to-day:

  • Work with different tools like Excel, HRIS, Confluence and many more. Learn to use them, and become a master at it!
  • Take part in the onboarding of new talent. 
  • ​​Contribute to HR projects, such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and training programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Aid in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Helping with day-to-day office operation and logistic tasks in the Barcelona office.

You will also have the opportunity to face new challenges that will allow you to reach your potential. All this by having fun! Trust me, you will not get bored and more importantly, we will make sure that you have hands-on experience involving different areas of Human Resources! 

About you:

You are an ambitious and energetic person with the eagerness to learn something new every single day! We’re not just looking for your knowledge or abilities. Above all, we’re looking for people! You enjoy laughing, joking around with your teammates, participating in social activities and much more.

Now, what are your other strengths?

  • You are an active student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR/Psychology or a recent graduate able to sign a 6-month internship agreement.
  • You know how to organize your time and tasks.
  • You are a great team player but also can easily work independently.
  • Have great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You know how to use Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
  • Out of the box thinker with a creative mindset coming up with great ideas.
  • You know how to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • You do not wait for others to take actions.
  • You have a professional level of English and Spanish.

Hiring Process

We keep our process simple and transparent:

1️⃣ HR Interview (Initial Screening)
A first interview with the Talent Acquisition team to get to know each other, understand your background, motivation, availability, and cultural fit. This may start with a short pre-screening call and continue with a more structured HR interview.

2️⃣ Team Interview

A second interview with the team to dive deeper into how you work, your interest in Human Resources, and how you would collaborate in day-to-day activities.
