About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern, working remotely but based in Barcelona, to support our People & Talent team in day-to-day recruitment activities. This is a role ideal for someone interested in HR, recruitment, and people operations, who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn how talent acquisition works in a fast-paced, international tech environment.
You will work closely with hiring managers and other internal teams, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a great candidate experience. You will also assist with on-site activities when needed, such as employer branding initiatives or internal events.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Talent Acquisition team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-ups).
- Assist with job posting creation and publication across different platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).
- Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate agendas between candidates and hiring teams.
- Support candidate communication, feedback collection, and overall candidate experience.
- Help maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and CRM systems.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including career page content, social media posts, and recruitment campaigns.
- Support internal HR and People initiatives when required.
- Assist with on-site activities such as interviews, office visits, or employer branding events, attending the office as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or educational institution and able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
- Based in Barcelona and able to attend in-office activities when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Operations.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital tools; prior exposure to recruitment or HR tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with a distributed team.
What We Offer
💻 Hybrid Flexibility: work remotely, with real exposure to recruitment processes.
📈 Professional Growth: Training and mentorship to develop professional skills and career growth.
🎊 A Supportive Culture: Opportunity to work with a multicultural and international team.
Hiring Process
We keep our process simple and transparent:
1️⃣ HR Interview (Initial Screening)
A first interview with the HR team to get to know each other, understand your background, motivation, availability, and cultural fit. This may start with a short pre-screening call and continue with a more structured HR interview.
2️⃣ Team Interview
A second interview with the team to dive deeper into how you work, your interest in Talent Acquisition, and how you would collaborate in day-to-day recruitment activities
