About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist Intern to support our marketing team in day-to-day activities, digital campaigns, content creation, and sales enablement initiatives. This is a full-time role ideal for a creative and proactive individual with strong design skills and a solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, the sales team, and the design team to ensure consistent brand communication, support campaigns, and optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels.

You will also assist with on-site tasks such as photoshoots, events, and promotional material preparation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the marketing team with webinars, podcasts, internal and external communications.
• Distribute content across digital channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and third-party sites.
• Assist in creating and optimizing ad campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms, tracking basic performance analytics.
• Support the creation of marketing material,s including landing pages, email campaigns, brochures, and sales presentations, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist the sales team with tasks such as CRM updates, client presentations, and re-engaging leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor movements, and high-value B2B target audiences.
• Act as a bridge between the marketing strategy and design team to ensure high-quality, consistent brand assets.
• Track analytics to improve campaign performance and suggest improvements to workflows or tools.
• Support in-office activities, including photoshoots, events, and the preparation of promotional materials.

What You Bring

• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with basic digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator; Adobe Premiere or similar is a plus.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
• Location in Barcelona and able to attend in-office activities as needed.
