About the Role
Join us as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to work on a strategic healthcare project focused on Consent & Preferences Management solution built on top of Salesforce’s ecosystem.
You will join a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital communication solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure that all outbound communications strictly comply with consent and preference rules while delivering effective and measurable marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on Marketing Cloud experience, a solid understanding of data models and integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solution designs and producing detailed documentation such as Solution Design Documents and data model blueprints.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Business Units, Sender Authentication Package, user roles and permissions, data migrations, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Design and build complex, multi-channel automated journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and related tools, advising clients on optimization and best practices.
- Architect data models and manage complex audience segmentation using SQL queries and Data Extensions to ensure accurate targeting and data integrity.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and third-party applications or data sources.
- Perform rigorous QA testing to ensure error-free rendering and correct execution of journeys and automations.
- Use Analytics Builder and other reporting tools to analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and engagement metrics.
- Conduct user training sessions and actively promote adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Support Nuvolar’s thought leadership initiatives by collaborating on strategic content, participating in webinars, and representing the company at relevant industry events.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ideally including integrations with Salesforce Core and other platforms.
- Solid conceptual understanding of data modeling, APIs, and system configurations.
- Knowledge of one or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud languages such as AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS, JavaScript, SQL (Query Studio), or Guide Template Language.
- Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio; experience with Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio is a plus.
- Experience reporting and analyzing campaign performance using Email Studio and Journey Builder reports.
- Nice to have: experience with Analytics Builder, Data Views, Discover Reports, Einstein Engagement, and multiple Salesforce Clouds.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, including email marketing and conversion metrics.
- Proven track record of delivering marketing automation projects in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certifications.
