About the Role

Join us as a Salesforce Project Manager to work on a strategic healthcare project focused on Consent & Preferences Management solution built on top of Salesforce’s ecosystem.

You will lead complex enterprise projects, manage deliverables, and ensure continuous value delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, UX designers, developers, consultants, and QA, translating business needs into actionable epics and user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and driving Agile delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce knowledge, proven experience managing enterprise projects in Agile environments, and the ability to contribute hands-on when declarative Salesforce configuration support is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely closeout of requirements and projects, providing regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, translating business needs into high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Assess project risks, opportunities, and dependencies, recommending changes to processes or organizational structures when necessary.
  • Apply Scrum and/or Kanban best practices and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Provide “hands-on” Salesforce support when needed, including declarative configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Reports/Dashboards, Data Modeling, Data Management, or other platform tasks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including process diagrams, UAT plans, and end-user training materials.
  • Support Nuvolar’s thought leadership initiatives by collaborating on strategic content, participating in webinars, and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7 years working as a Project Manager or similar role, ideally in Salesforce environments.
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Hands-on experience as Administrator, Product Owner, PM, or Salesforce user; experience with declarative configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports/Dashboards, Data Modeling).
  • Business Analysis Skills: Background in requirements gathering, software testing, or application support.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills; experience presenting to diverse audiences including executives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Minimum of 4 Salesforce certifications.
