With over 100 professionals and 14+ years of experience, we foster a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth, continuous learning, and personal well-being.

Join us as a Project Manager to lead the Spanish phase of a strategic SAP S/4HANA Cloud migration for a major multinational FMCG company undergoing a large-scale digital transformation. You will ensure the local implementation aligns with the global strategy, coordinating multiple workstreams and international teams to deliver a seamless migration.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Spanish rollout of SAP S/4HANA. You will act as the primary local point of contact, bridging the global program office, offshore technical teams, and local key users and stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and SAP migration experience to ensure a smooth transition to S/4HANA Cloud across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial/Sales, and Data Migration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Local Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the Spanish phase (“wave”) of the global SAP S/4HANA migration, ensuring local objectives align with the global strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the global program office, local management, IT teams, and the external implementation partner.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage progress across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial/Sales, and Data Migration workstreams.
  • International Collaboration: Coordinate daily with teams in different regions to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Milestone Oversight: Monitor and report progress of SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Go-Live, and post-Go-Live activities.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify bottlenecks or local requirements conflicting with the global template and facilitate resolutions.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead local steering committees and operational syncs, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

Qualifications

  • Project Management Expertise: 5+ years leading digital transformation projects, ideally large multi-team initiatives in multinational companies.
  • SAP Expertise: Proven experience leading SAP migration projects, especially SAP On-Premise to S/4HANA Cloud transitions.
  • Global Mindset: Experience coordinating projects across multiple time zones and cultures in multinational corporations.
  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of SAP modules and architecture to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or SAP Activate methodologies applied to ERP deployments.
  • Communication: Exceptional bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (professional level).
  • Problem-Solving: Critical thinker able to navigate the complexities of a predefined global design while ensuring local business continuity.
  • Active Leadership: Ability to lead high-pressure environments, especially during Go-Live and hyper-care phases.
  • Mandatory Certifications: Proven track record (minimum 1–2 full SAP lifecycles, ideally migrations from on-premises to cloud). Nice to have: SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Project Management certification, SAP Solution Manager experience, PMP or PRINCE2.

What to expect from us?

  • Flexible Work & Work-Life Balance: enjoy options to balance work and personal life.
  • Hybrid Work Mode: for this specific project, onsite presence is required 2-3 days per week.
  • Health and Wellness Perks – Private health insurance and gym subsidy.
