🔍 Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex solutions, defining scalable and secure Python architectures.
• Ensure the technical quality of the project through advanced code reviews, definition of standards, and adoption of best practices.
• Optimize performance and scalability of critical systems, proposing improvements at both the architecture and process levels.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers, supporting their technical growth and fostering a learning-oriented environment.
• Take ownership of end-to-end projects, from initial technical definition to delivery in production.
• Work closely with Product Owners and architects to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Explore and introduce new technologies and frameworks, assessing their applicability to company projects.
• Guarantee software quality not only through automated testing, but also by designing CI/CD strategies, test coverage, and observability.

⚡ Do You Have What It Takes?

• 5+ years of experience in Python and Flask.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB, Redis).
• Proficiency with Docker and containerization workflows.
• Ability to design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
• Solid grasp of Linux environments.
• Great English communication skills to navigate rapidly changing business contexts and technical discussions.
• Experience in unit testing and CI/CD workflows.
• A problem-solving mindset with strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS.
• Bonus points for experience with microservice architecture!
