🔍 Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex solutions, defining scalable and secure Python architectures.
- Ensure the technical quality of the project through advanced code reviews, definition of standards, and adoption of best practices.
- Optimize performance and scalability of critical systems, proposing improvements at both the architecture and process levels.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers, supporting their technical growth and fostering a learning-oriented environment.
- Take ownership of end-to-end projects, from initial technical definition to delivery in production.
- Work closely with Product Owners and architects to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
- Explore and introduce new technologies and frameworks, assessing their applicability to company projects.
- Guarantee software quality not only through automated testing, but also by designing CI/CD strategies, test coverage, and observability.
⚡ Do You Have What It Takes?
- 5+ years of experience in Python and Flask.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB, Redis).
- Proficiency with Docker and containerization workflows.
- Ability to design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
- Solid grasp of Linux environments.
- Great English communication skills to navigate rapidly changing business contexts and technical discussions.
- Experience in unit testing and CI/CD workflows.
- A problem-solving mindset with strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles.
- Foundational knowledge of AWS.
- Bonus points for experience with microservice architecture!
