The Mission

Nuitée is looking for an intellectually rigorous Founder’s Associate to act as the primary surrogate for the Chief of Staff.

You will not just be assisting; you will be orchestrating. You will learn the DNA of our sales strategy, master our technical roadmap.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Operations: Act as the "connective tissue" within the leadership team. You will supervise and mentor Chiara (Internship), ensuring her workstreams align with the Executive Office's priorities.
• Tactical Execution: Own "Stealth Projects" that don't have a home yet—ranging from AI integration audits to high-level commercial strategy.
• Strategy Synthesis: Shadow the CEO to internalize how Nuitée wins. You will move from observing sales strategy to proposing your own, eventually owning your P&L or product line.
• Internal Gatekeeping: Manage the hiring pipeline for the Executive Office. You will share LinkedIn profiles and CVs with Chiara to ensure a seamless screening process before executive involvement.

 

The Ideal Profile

• The Pedigree: Early career with a foundation in a top-tier Law Cabinet or Management Consulting firm. You understand the "City" pace and have an uncompromising bar for quality.
• The Experience: You’ve spent time in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or an AI/Tech Startup. You understand the "Founder Associate" model (think Nasser Chowdhury style autonomy).
• The Hunger: You are a "fresh" MBA graduate or junior professional who is technically curious. You don't just want to manage; you want to get into the "plumbing" of a Tech/AI startup.
• High Agency: You are autonomous. You don't wait for a brief; you identify a gap and fill it.
