The Role

As a Systems Implementation Consultant at Nucleo, you will engage and play a crucial role with bridging the gap between our solutions and our client’s needs. You will ensure that every project is executed with precision and excellence. You will have a key role to ensure the system is configured correctly and integrates smoothly with existing processes. You will gain experience across a range of projects by gathering requirements, creating configurations, and providing data migration services.  

Responsibilities: 

As a Systems Implementation Consultant at Nucleo, you will: 

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Guide our clients in optimising their processes through our best practices
• Gather and translate requirements, configure systems and perform testing
• Manage the end-to-end deployment of new software or technology solutions e.g. (ERP, Maximo, ServiceNow, Saas)

• Customise features to align with workflows
• Project Manage - Develop timelines & track deliverables. Manage risks, scope changes, and communications
• Data Migration - Map data from legacy systems. Clean, validate and import into new system
• Integration - Ensure new systems connect with existing enterprise apps
• Testing - Create test plans. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT). Triage and resolve defects
• Training & Change Management - Develop documentation and support adoption
• Successfully deliver the solution within the scope, time, budget and quality

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Strong combination of client facing skills, analytical and technical  
• Prior implementation experience of similar mid-range to ERP software solutions
• Ideally Maximo exposure. (Enterprise asset management systems integration)
• Excellent knowledge of business processes across industries
• An aptitude to understand requirements, tailor solutions, implement & integrate
• Management & ownership of a project end to end
• Ability to remain objective and goal focused under pressure
• Self-reliant, confident, decisive. Ability to work and manage multiple projects
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
