Senior Manager 

Field Service & Enterprise Asset Management (Hybrid | Dublin-based) 

About the Role 

Nucleo’s Enterprise Solutions team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex Field Service and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) transformations across utilities, construction, manufacturing, and public-sector clients. 
This is a strategic and hands-on role combining solution architecture, client engagement, pre-sales leadership, project oversight, and team mentoring. The Senior Manager, will play a critical role in leading the successful delivery of Field Service Cloud projects and senior leader within the Enterprise Solutions team, you will support the growth of the practice by .”

This role directly contributes to expanding our certified talent base, and scaling the practice for the anticipated growth in 2026 and beyond.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor, shaping scalable service-management and asset-management platforms—whether built on Salesforce Field Service, ServiceMax, ServiceNow Field Service, IBM Maximo, or similar technologies—and guiding enterprise clients from discovery through successful go-live. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Solution Architecture & Design:
  •  Lead end-to-end architecture of modern field-service and EAM solutions, ensuring scalability, integration, and security. 

• Client Engagement & Pre-Sales:
  • Run discovery workshops, craft solution roadmaps, and support proposals alongside our commercial team. 
  • Represent Nucleo in pre-sales discussions, providing technical expertise and solution design input.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.

• Project Leadership:
  • Own delivery outcomes, maintain strong governance, and support agile sprint planning. 
  • Lead solution architecture and design for complex project engagements.
  • Ensure projects follow SaaS implementation best practice Nucleo standards, and client-specific requirements.
  • Manage and support project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to a high Standard of quality.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Coach consultants and architects, foster knowledge-sharing, and help grow our practice. 
  • Provide senior-level leadership in the planning and delivery of scalable Field service and enterprise asset-management platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and embed "The Nucleo Way" as the standard project delivery methodology.
  • Support strategic planning and capability development within the Enterprise Solutions practice.

 

What We’re Looking For 

• Signifcant experience in a consulting or architecture role delivering enterprise field-service or EAM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow Field Service, IBM MaximoSalesforce Field Service, ServiceMax). 

• Strong grasp of asset lifecycle and service-management processes: work orders, scheduling, preventive maintenance, mobile enablement, and system integrations. 

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs. 

• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and experience leading workshops and pre-sales engagements. 

• Familiarity with agile delivery and best-practice integration patterns.
