As we expand our footprint across Ireland and the UK — particularly within the Irish public sector and enterprise B2B markets — we are seeking a commercially driven leader to help shape and activate the next phase of our growth.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic, revenue-owning role at the centre of Nucelo’s growth.
As Commercial Manager, you will work closely with the MD Commercial and Divisional Directors to activate our UK&I go-to-market strategy, drive new business acquisition and expand key accounts across Data & AI, Enterprise Solutions and Change Delivery.
You will influence:

- Pricing and commercial models
- Pipeline generation strategy
- Enterprise account development
- Commercial performance and forecasting
This is a high-autonomy role within a scaling organisation. The scope of the position will expand in line with your capability, performance and ambition.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & GTM Execution
- Support the MD Commercial in developing and executing Nucelo’s commercial strategy
- Activate verticalised GTM plans across priority sectors
- Refine service-line value propositions and pricing models
- Own quarterly and annual revenue targets (new logos + account growth)
- Monitor market trends, competitor positioning and win rates to optimise strategy
Pipeline Development & Deal Leadership
- Build and manage a robust, qualified pipeline aligned to strategic growth sectors
- Lead complex B2B pursuits from qualification through to close
- Coordinate RFP responses and bid submissions with technical and delivery teams
- Improve sales velocity, forecasting accuracy and conversion rates
- Drive structured business development initiatives and targeted outreach
You will be accountable for commercial outcomes — not just activity metrics.
Enterprise Client Growth
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Heads of Data & Transformation)
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital and data transformation
- Lead strategic account planning and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure strong client relationships and long-term value creation
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Strengthen relationships with strategic partners (e.g. Microsoft, UiPath, AWS)
- Identify co-sell and joint market opportunities
- Expand Nucelo’s visibility within key technology ecosystems
Commercial Operations & Governance
- Ensure pipeline and performance metrics are tracked in CRM
- Report forecasts, revenue performance and win rates to leadership
- Contribute to margin management, pricing discipline and contract negotiations
- Support commercial viability across complex transformation projects
Market Presence & Brand
- Represent Nucelo at sector events and industry forums
- Support thought leadership initiatives and executive engagement
- Develop strategic networking plans aligned to growth sectors
Role Requirements
Experience
- 7-10 years experience in technology consulting, enterprise technology sales or professional services
- Proven track record of developing pipeline and closing high-value B2B deals
- Experience selling Data & AI, enterprise platforms, automation or digital transformation services
- Strong experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles
Commercial Capability
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Experience shaping and executing go-to-market strategies
- Confident managing multi-stakeholder, high-value pursuits
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
- Strong negotiation and proposal development skills
Network & Market Knowledge
- Established B2B network in Ireland (UK exposure advantageous)
- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation trends including data modernisation, AI adoption, automation and cloud platforms
