- Prioritise the CLO's time against legal, governance, commercial, and corporate priorities.
- Anticipate conflicts, dependencies, and time-sensitive deadlines, resolving scheduling challenges proactively and with minimal guidance.
Travel and Executive Operations
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itineraries, visas, and last-minute changes.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the Office of the CLO.
- Track budgets, invoices, and external-counsel administrative processes with close attention to detail.
- Maintain organised, secure records and workflows for sensitive legal and executive materials.
Board, Governance, and External Stakeholder Support
- Coordinate logistics for Board and committee meetings, legal leadership meetings, and external-counsel briefings.
- Support the preparation, formatting, and distribution of Board materials, governance documents, legal presentations, and executive communications.
- Partner with Finance, People, Compliance, Security, and other teams to ensure materials are complete, accurate, and ready for senior audiences.
- Handle confidential corporate, legal, financial, and personnel information with discretion.
Communication and Meeting Coordination
- Act as a central coordination point for the Legal leadership team and key cross-functional partners.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items to support follow-through and accountability.
- Draft polished correspondence independently.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline executive and departmental workflows.
KPIs
- Complex calendar management across legal, corporate, and Board stakeholders
- Timely coordination of domestic and international travel and efficient delivery of Board, committee, legal leadership, and external-counsel meetings
- Accurate expense reporting, invoice coordination, and budget tracking
- Strong management of confidential materials, deadlines, and follow-up actions
About You
- 10+ years of experience supporting a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, CEO, or other senior executive in a complex global organisation.

- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort using Slack and Teams.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly and accurately.
- Discretion in handling sensitive legal, corporate, financial, and personnel information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished correspondence independently.
- Confidence when interacting with Board members, external counsel, investors, and senior leaders.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and personal accountability.
- Comfortable with occasional travel.
