About the Role
We’re hiring a detail-oriented treasury professional to strengthen treasury reporting, covenant tracking, bank deliverables, and control execution.
Based in London, you’ll work closely with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit to keep the treasury function accurate, audit-ready, and operationally disciplined.
This role offers broad exposure to debt, liquidity, and risk management while helping Nscale maintain robust governance, dependable reporting, and strong financial controls.
What you'll be doing
Treasury risk and governance
- Support the company’s treasury risk and governance framework, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, treasury policies, and related controls.
- Maintain covenant models, compliance calendars, certificate support files, and bank reporting packages.
Reporting and controls
- Support quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting, including debt, liquidity, and hedge-related disclosures.
- Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking.
Cross-functional delivery and improvement
- Coordinate treasury reporting and control activities with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting.
KPIs
- No surprises on covenants, reporting deadlines, or control obligations
- Accurate, timely, and audit-ready reporting
- Well-managed treasury calendars and obligations
About You
- Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related field.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Comfortable working with documentation-heavy processes.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
