About the Role 

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to support the growth of Nscale. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a critical function in a start-up/scale-up environment, where you’ll support everything from sourcing to process improvements to onboarding.

You’ll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your commercial acumen, innovative sourcing strategies, and commitment to building a robust employer brand will drive our success in securing world-class talent.

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner that has a passion for recruitment and can use their skills to make a real difference! You’ll also be a:

Talent Acquisition Execution

  • Work closely with the People team to support the company’s talent acquisition strategy in line with business needs.
  • Help refine recruitment processes, systems and metrics to improve efficiency and scalability.

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles (e.g., technical, GTM and operational positions).
  • Conduct phone screenings, interviews and active sourcing to identify top talent.
  • Write compelling job adverts and build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, online/offline communities) to attract both active and passive talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure structured assessments and interviews are in place to select the best candidates.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure an engaging candidate journey that reflects the company’s culture.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout their process.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide support.
  • Offer insights on market trends, candidate availability and best practices.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Support employer branding initiatives by contributing industry events, blogs and other talent attraction efforts.
  • Help showcase the company’s mission and culture to potential candidates through storytelling

Process Improvement & Market Insights

  • Use data and recruitment metrics to enhance hiring processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to improve talent acquisition efforts.

About You

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on talent acquisition expert who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments as well as:


Several years of experience supporting or scaling a Talent Acquisition function in a growing start-up/scale-up environment.Expertise either a) GPU, HPC and AI Infrastructure teamsb) Data Center, Critical Projects and Construction
  • A good understanding of employer branding and how to attract top talent through engaging content and outreach.
  • Proven ability in active sourcing, networking and building talent pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various roles.
  • The ability to quickly build trust and credibility with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment, using insights to improve processes and decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple hiring priorities effectively.
  • Experience working in AI, Cloud or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools, with experience implementing or optimizing ATS tools being a plus.
  • Some knowledge of technical hiring (e.g. engineering, DC roles) and a willingness to learn more.
