We are looking for an experienced Project Fulfillment Manager to lead supply execution for assigned data center projects. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end material readiness, supplier coordination, order preparation, delivery tracking, and project handover support.
You will work across Project Management, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and internal operations teams to ensure that all project-related materials are validated, ordered, tracked, and delivered in line with business requirements.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines operational discipline with strong commercial awareness, thrives in complexity, and can drive execution independently in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end project material delivery for assigned projects, ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Review and validate final BOMs, quantities, specifications, and delivery requirements before order placement.
- Prepare requisition details and supplier request information required for purchase order creation.
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Project Managers, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Global Sourcing to ensure all order-related information, approvals, and dependencies are aligned.
- Work closely with the PO & ERP function to ensure purchase orders are raised accurately, approved on time, and reflected correctly in internal tracking tools.
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, driving order readiness, ETA tracking, shipment follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Maintain clear and accurate project updates, ensuring internal stakeholders have visibility of status, risks, and next steps.
- Escalate supply, delivery, and commercial risks early and drive resolution proactively.
- Support invoice, payment, delivery completion, and goods receipt follow-up where required.
- Contribute to building scalable processes and stronger operating discipline as the regional function grows.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain, order management, project fulfillment, logistics, or material delivery within a complex operational environment.
- Strong experience handling BOM, supplier coordination, order readiness, and delivery execution.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Project Management, Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable operating in data center, infrastructure, telecom, hardware, or similarly complex project-based environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, PO processes, and project tracking tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting regional or cross-border supply execution.
- Experience in a fast-scaling business environment.
- Exposure to data center or large-scale infrastructure deployments.
