About the Role (Job Purpose)

Nscale is seeking a senior treasury professional to help lead project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions with primary responsibility for the Americas region. This individual will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing corporate and project-level financing transactions, while helping shape the company’s broader capital structure, funding strategy, and lender engagement model. This is a highly visible role that reports to the Treasurer and with direct exposure to the CFO, banking partners, and private credit investors.

What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)

What you will own

·         End-to-end execution of financing transactions across the Americas, including term loans, delayed-draw structures, private credit financings, bridge loans, bond transactions, and structured financing solutions

·         Partner on project and asset-level financings, including SPVs, reserve mechanics, covenant frameworks, cash waterfalls, and lender diligence processes

·         Evaluate capital structure alternatives and provide recommendations on instrument selection, pricing, timing, tenor, covenant package, and investor/lender mix

·         Lead negotiations with banks, private lenders, investors, and rating agencies

·         Own internal transaction governance, including executive updates, approval materials, board-ready memos, and communication across business stakeholders

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with core financing counterparties and help deepen the company’s strategic bank group

·         Monitor debt markets, rates, spreads, investor sentiment, and peer activity to advise leadership on market windows and financing strategy

·         Help establish and maintain scalable capital markets processes, trackers, templates, and execution protocols as the platform grows

·         Strong relationships with core lenders allowing for speed of execution

• 12+ years of experience in debt capital markets, leveraged finance, project finance, private credit, corporate treasury, or a closely related field
• Deep working knowledge of credit agreements, covenant structures, term loan and RCF documentation, and debt execution processes
• Strong command of ratings considerations, lender positioning, and capital structure trade-offs
• Proven ability to lead complex transactions across multiple internal and external stakeholders
