About the Role

We are hiring a VP, Supply Chain Fulfillment to lead the end-to-end execution of Nscale's AI infrastructure deployment strategy.

This executive role sits within the Supply Chain organization and is responsible for end-to-end supply chain fulfillment, translating supply plans into operational reality across active regions. You will drive execution across planning, procurement, integration, logistics, and deployment teams while managing global integration partners, logistics providers, and operational teams to ensure compute racks, GPU clusters, networking fabric, and power/cooling infrastructure are delivered, staged, integrated, and deployed on time.

You will also serve as the enterprise Lean Process Leader for Supply Chain, driving operational discipline across the fulfillment pipeline, reducing waste, shortening deployment cycle times, and building a scalable hyperscale operating model. Your work will directly support Nscale's ability to deliver efficiently, predictably, and repeatably as infrastructure demand grows.

What you'll be doing

Fulfillment Execution

  • Own end-to-end operational execution of AI infrastructure deployments across all active regions.
  • Ensure rack integration, cluster builds, logistics flow, and site material readiness align with commissioning schedules.
  • Drive milestone adherence and deployment tracking across the deployment lifecycle.
  • Provide executive-level readiness visibility for deployment progress and risks.

Fulfillment Coordination

  • Lead global integration partners, logistics providers, and operational teams to deliver predictable deployment outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across planning, procurement, integration, and deployment workflows.
  • Align operational activity with commissioning requirements to support on-time site readiness.

Logistics, Inventory, and Material Flow

  • Oversee global inbound logistics strategy and regional hub optimization to minimize dwell time and cost.
  • Balance deployment speed with working capital efficiency through inventory strategy and constrained component allocation.
  • Manage material availability to support commissioning schedules and deployment continuity.
  • Optimize end-to-end material flow to improve deployment execution at scale.

Quality, Risk, and Operational Excellence

  • Ensure disciplined GPU handling, configuration accuracy, and quality control across manufacturing and integration partners.
  • Lead structured responses to supply disruptions, shortages, and deployment risks, escalating appropriately at executive level.
  • Establish Lean fulfillment principles across planning, procurement, integration, and deployment workflows.
  • Standardize global deployment playbooks and implement performance dashboards that reduce cycle time, waste, and cost per deployed MW.
  • Build a scalable, repeatable operating model capable of supporting 3–5x MW growth.

KPIs

  • On-time site deployment readiness
  • Deployment milestone adherence
  • Rack integration cycle time
  • Logistics cost per rack / per MW

About You

  • 12+ years of progressive supply chain operations experience, including global leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience leading fulfillment or operations for infrastructure, data center, server, or high-tech manufacturing at scale.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling operational models in high-growth environments.
  • Strong background in supply chain fulfillment execution, including logistics management, material flow optimization, and inventory allocation in high-growth environments.
  • Experience working with GPUs or silicon components is preferred.
  • Experience leading Lean or operational excellence transformations.
  • Six Sigma / Lean certification is preferred.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Systems thinker with deep understanding of end-to-end material flow and deployment execution.
  • Calm, decisive leadership style with the ability to operate effectively under constraint and volatility.
