About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner / Scheduler to support the delivery of Nscale’s hyperscale data
center construction developments. You will take ownership of planning, scheduling, and progress
reporting across complex DC projects, often more than 200MW.

This role provides a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for managing your own workload,
maintaining accurate project schedules, producing high-quality reports, and proactively identifying and
resolving schedule risks. You will interface closely with General Contractors (GCs), designers, MEP
contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring programmes are robust, realistic, and aligned with
Nscale’s delivery objectives

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

● Develop, manage, and maintain project and master construction programmes for hyperscale
data centre projects
● Review, challenge, and manage GC contractor schedules, ensuring alignment with

contractual, technical, and commercial requirements.
● On selected projects, build and own the baseline schedule; on others, take ownership of the
GC’s schedule as the controlling schedule.
● Monitor progress against the programme, identifying variances, critical path impacts, and
emerging risks.
● Lead detailed schedule analysis including critical path, float analysis, what-if scenarios, and
mitigation planning.
● Proactively identify risks and drive solutions to programme issues in collaboration with GCs,
consultants, and internal teams to ensure delivery does not slip.
● Produce clear and accurate programme reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting risks,
opportunities, and recovery strategies.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date programme data within Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject,
and related planning tools.
● Support change management by assessing schedule impacts arising from design changes,
variations, and acceleration measures
● Interface closely with project management, commercial, design, and construction teams to
ensure schedule integration.
● Ensure planning outputs reflect best practice for data centre, MEP-intensive, and fast-track
construction environments.

About You (Skills and Qualifications)

● A Senior Planning / Scheduling professional with c. 10 years relevant experience and of a
level where you are able to work independently
● Strong understanding of data centre construction sequencing, MEP integration, and
commissioning logic.
● Extensive hands-on experience using the likes of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
● Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or
equivalent experience).
● Ability to interrogate contractor programmes and challenge logic, sequencing, and durations.
● Excellent analysis, reporting and communication skills, with the ability to present complex
programme data clearly

Why Work For Us

● Play a key client-side role delivering North America’s most advanced hyperscale and AI-
focused data centre projects.
● Work within a collaborative, technically driven team environment built on autonomy and
accountability.
● Opportunity to grow alongside the business as Nscale continues to scale rapidly around
the globe.
● Competitive salary + ESOP + bonus
● 20 days annual leave + public holidays
● Medical & dental benefits
● Remote or hybrid working with project travel
● Annual salary reviews
● Employee referral scheme
● Create history!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
