About the Role

We are looking for a pragmatic NetSuite Administrator / Power User to own the day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of NetSuite.This role is critical to keeping NetSuite accurate, usable, and aligned with downstream data and analytics needs. You will work closely with the NetSuite Functional Lead, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to ensure NetSuite produces high-quality, reliable data and supports the business effectively as we scale.

 

What you'll be doing

NetSuite administration & user support

  • Own day-to-day NetSuite administration, including forms, fields, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, and controls.
  • Support Finance and Operations users by resolving issues, answering questions, and improving usability across core workflows.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for NetSuite-related operational and system questions.

Change, testing & continuous improvement

  • Manage UAT cycles, regression testing, and release coordination to ensure changes land safely in production.
  • Implement small enhancements and configuration changes independently, without reliance on external consultants.
  • Continuously improve NetSuite configuration and processes to reduce friction and operational overhead.

Data quality & system integrity

  • Own data quality within NetSuite, proactively identifying issues and addressing root causes.
  • Act as the first line of defence against ERP entropy, preventing ad-hoc changes, process drift, and uncontrolled configuration.

ERP & data platform enablement

  • Support integrations and data feeds into Palantir Foundry from a functional and data-quality perspective.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure NetSuite data is structured, consistent, and fit for downstream analytics and reporting.
  • Consider how NetSuite data will be consumed downstream when designing or changing configurations.

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

  • 2–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration or power user experience.
  • Strong experience with saved searches, workflows, and roles and permissions.
  • Comfort supporting finance-heavy and operationally complex environments.
  • A detail-oriented, operational mindset with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
  • Strong ownership mentality and the ability to implement changes independently.
  • Awareness of data quality and how ERP data is consumed by analytics platforms.
  • Interest in working closely with data teams and platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
  • Preferred, but not required, experience with SuiteAnalytics, exposure to integrations, APIs and data pipelines.
