Role Overview
We’re looking for a Manager to join our expanding international tax team to support on broader international tax matters.
This role is ideal for a tax generalist with a strong command of UK and international tax, who is excited to work in a fast-moving, tech-driven global business. You’ll be instrumental in developing scalable tax processes, advising on complex cross-border operations, and ensuring the business remains compliant as it grows internationally.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a lean but growing team, offering exposure to all areas of global tax.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in international corporate tax planning and strategy, for the group’s business-led structuring and optimisation transactions.
- Help evaluate the tax implications of digital services, AI infrastructure and cross-border transactions, including IP and financing considerations.
- Undertake withholding tax analyses and filings globally, tax treaty analyses and permanent establishment risk assessments.
- Support other team specialists (VAT, Global Employment Taxes, Transfer pricing) where necessary to ensure indirect tax treatment is aligned with corporate tax strategy and the business needs.
- Coordinate with external advisors for tax filings, documentation and on complex group projects.
- Work closely with Finance and Legal teams on intercompany transactions, tax governance, new market entry and contract review
- Monitor and assess developments in tax regulations and global tax frameworks (e.g. OECD Pillar Two).
- Contribute to tax policy, process development, and risk management in a scaling international group.
What We're Looking For
- ACA, CTA, ATID, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in tax, with specific expertise in UK corporation tax for multi-jurisdictional groups.
- Good working knowledge of international tax principles and a broad understanding of indirect tax in cross-border contexts.
- Ability to manage cross-border workstreams with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to change.
- Proactive, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
