Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Tax Compliance & Reporting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our global tax numbers, while maintaining full compliance with evolving international tax regulations. About The Role

Are you ready to make an impact in a growing global tax function? At NScale, we’re looking for a Manager Tax Compliance and Reporting to support our international tax compliance, financial reporting, and transfer pricing activities as we scale across borders.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Tax Compliance & Reporting, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our global tax numbers, while maintaining compliance with evolving international tax regulations. This is a hands-on opportunity for a tax professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex cross-border challenges, and can translate technical tax issues into practical solutions. In this role, you’ll focus on preparing tax filings, supporting tax reporting under ASC 740 and IFRS, assisting with transfer pricing documentation, and coordinating audits. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external advisors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare global tax compliance filings, including corporate income tax across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist with global tax reporting and provisioning under US GAAP (ASC 740) and IFRS, including quarterly and annual tax accounting and deferred tax analysis.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of global transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD guidelines and local requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings, disclosures, and submissions, working with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, ensuring proper documentation and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to improve tax-related internal controls, governance, and process automation.
  • Assist with cross-border tax planning initiatives, intercompany transactions, and intra-group service models, focusing on compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain tax compliance calendars, workflows, and systems to improve visibility and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date on evolving global tax legislation (e.g., Pillar 2, BEPS 2.0) and help assess impacts on compliance and reporting

What We're Looking For

  • ACA, CTA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification with a strong tax accounting foundation.
  • 5+ years’ experience in international tax compliance and reporting, ideally with in-house experience at a multinational.
  • Solid technical knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 740) and IFRS tax accounting principles.
  • Experience preparing tax compliance filings and supporting transfer pricing documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and proactive mindset, capable of operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
