Senior Marketing Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to bridge strategy, planning, and execution across the marketing function. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional partners in Partnerships, Product, and Communications to ensure that Nscale’s marketing efforts are aligned, data-informed, and high-impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to define and operationalize annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company OKRs.
- Support GTM strategy development across markets and sectors (public, enterprise, and research).
- Lead quarterly business reviews and manage marketing budget planning, including marketing dashboards, analytics, and performance reports to guide decision-making.
- Develop and maintain core marketing processes (campaign planning, content workflow, lead management).
- Oversee the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics) and ensure integrations are optimized.
- Partner with Finance and Operations on forecasting, budget tracking, and vendor management.
- Act as the connective point between Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Comms to ensure cohesive GTM execution.
- Manage campaign operations and project workflows from brief to launch to retrospective.
- Create communication frameworks that keep internal and external stakeholders aligned on goals, timelines, and results.
About You
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or revenue operations — ideally in a B2B tech or infrastructure environment.
- Experience applying automation and AI tools to streamline processes or surface insights.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to turn data into actionable insight.
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, Airtable, Notion).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience scaling marketing processes in a high-growth environment.
- A systems mindset with a bias toward clarity, efficiency, and measurable impact.
