About the Team

We're a small, independent team in London building something better. The Talent Acquisition team at Nothing doesn't just fill seats, we find the people who will define the next decade of personal technology. We move fast because we have to. The giants we're up against aren't waiting for us to catch up. Right now, we're solving the challenge of scaling a world-class leadership team across hardware, AI, design, and marketing — while keeping the challenger spirit that makes us Nothing. We're looking for an Executive TA Partner who understands that tech should be exciting, and is ready to find the leaders who feel the same way.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to executives and C-suite, shaping how we plan and land the next generation of Nothing leadership.
  • Own the full executive recruitment lifecycle, ensuring every candidate experiences a high-touch journey from first hello to final signature.
  • Convert highly passive, world-class talent into active candidates by telling our story with a point of view that cuts through the noise.
  • Build sophisticated, data-driven market maps across consumer electronics, AI, fashion, GTM, and marketing and creative functions to ensure we always know where the best talent lives.
  • Lead complex global negotiations and compensation strategies for senior hires across the UK, US, and EMEA.
  • Refine our executive search engine by implementing advanced tools and interview methodologies that help us scale smarter.
  • Maintain the highest levels of discretion while handling sensitive organisational details and confidential leadership searches.

What We're Looking For

  • You have over 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 to 4 years focused specifically on senior-level searches.
  • You take full ownership of your pipeline, hunting down the right person rather than waiting for the easy application.
  • Your track record includes placing leadership talent within high-growth environments where excellence is the only baseline.
  • You have a working understanding of marketing and creative functions, ideally with experience hiring into or alongside agency and brand environments.
  • You are a pragmatic problem solver who can navigate complex executive compensation and relocation logistics without losing momentum.
  • You possess the communication skills and professional weight to influence and partner directly with C-level executives.
  • You believe that even the most senior search should feel human and direct, not like it came from a legacy executive search firm.

  • Location: London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices)
  • Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we're all in the same room.
  • Commute: We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your home office location.
