What You’ll Do:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual business growth strategies, sales targets, and marketing budgets for core online channels (Amazon, TikTok), taking ownership of GMV and profitability goals.
Daily Operations & Management: Oversee end-to-end day-to-day operations, including product listing, listing optimization, PPC advertising, promotion campaigns, inventory and price monitoring to ensure account health and maximize sales performance.
Market Analysis & Growth: Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. Drive the execution of effective optimization strategies to increase market share.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the key channel interface, working closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey from product development to after-sales service.
Channel Expansion & Enablement: Continuously explore and evaluate opportunities on emerging e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, Wayfair). Build the foundation and capabilities for future responsibility over all global online marketplace channels.
Who You Are:
Experienced: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon marketplace management, with at least 2 years in a channel lead or team management role. Proven experience in successfully building a TikTok Shop business from 0 to 1 is a significant plus.
Skilled Expert:Deep expertise in Amazon's platform policies and advertising systems, with a proven track record of significantly driving sales and profit growth.
Solid understanding of TikTok E-commerce operational models and marketing tactics (short-video, live stream).
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with tools like Excel to make data-driven business decisions.
Results-Driven: Data-sensitive, with a strong goal-oriented and growth mindset. You are dedicated to delivering measurable results.
A Great Collaborator: Excellent communication and resource coordination skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration effectively.
Global Perspective: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for use as a working language. Passionate about serving the global market.
