About the Team
The Smartphone & OS team is the engine room of Nothing. We don’t just sell hardware; we’re building an ecosystem that makes tech fun again. Right now, we’re solving the challenge of breaking the smartphone duopoly by creating a software experience that feels human and a hardware aesthetic that stands out in a sea of sameness. We move fast because we’re small and independent, and this team is responsible for ensuring our London-born perspective resonates from Tokyo to New York. We are looking for a Director to own the "why" behind our most important products and lead the charge as we scale our Operating System into a world-class platform.
What You'll Do

Own the global marketing strategy and end-to-end business performance for the entire smartphone and software portfolio.

Lead the execution of high-impact go-to-market campaigns, ensuring every launch from pre-heat to lifecycle management breaks through the noise.

Drive the marketing vision by collaborating with Product and GTM teams to influence the future roadmap with deep consumer insights.

Direct cross-functional squads across Creative, Sales, and Operations to ensure our storytelling is seamless from a social post to a retail shelf.

Manage the global smartphone marketing budget, optimizing spend across channels to maximize brand reappraisal and customer acquisition.

Scale and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of sharp execution and creative bravery.

Establish and track rigorous KPIs, using real-time data to pivot strategies and maintain our edge in a fast-moving industry.
